Refund policy

We want you to love your watch. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
• The watch must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all original parts and packaging included.
• To start a return, email xinzhengoh@gmail.com with your order number.
• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, unless the watch arrived defective or we sent the wrong item. In those cases we cover return shipping.
• Once we receive and inspect the watch, your refund goes to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Every Zukh Mods watch is individually assembled, and returned watches cannot be resold as new. Please check the sizing and details carefully before ordering.
